I went to the dentists last week and he told me that my gums were recovering nicely from the gingivitis he had diagnosed a few weeks earlier. However, I’ve noticed some bleeding today and yesterday when I brushed my teeth. I did have quite a lot of sugar today, which can’t have helped. I looked at my gums but I can’t tell where the blood is coming from.

inflammation is going down, but is still present. I’m brushing/ flossing etc, so is this normal? I’ve bought a soft brush and I’m going to be more careful in the future.

Last time I went to the dentist, I didnt have any cavities.but the time before I had like 8. I was mortified.

been 8 months since my last cleaning and im so scared that i have cavities or gingivitis (i have had slighty bleeding when i brush too hard).is there a way to assess myself before going to the dentist so i’m not shocked?
