Sleeping on my back durin pregnancy.?
I've tried sleeping on my left side, but for some reason my left leg gets the worst cramping pains in it when I do, i've tried putting pillows between them, but that still doesn't help.. sometimes I CAN fall asleep on my right side.. but sometimes I just want to sleep on my back, and sometimes its the ONLY way to get any sleep.. i just started my second trimester, is this okay? I also heard that as long as im not short of breath, or dizzy, and if i angle my head (with like two pillows) its ok because im not technically flat on the bed.. I also know many parents who tell me they've never even heard of not being able to lay on your back.. while I'm not “big” yet and this is still comfortable.. I'm wondering if it's ok do
