Hmmm, mkay here's the question: How long does it take for a bruise to turn bruise-colored? so the other day i was scootering fast and i turned and it slipped out and i fell right on my tooth: one chipped, one pushed in, and i have a huge gash on my lip, then i landed on my hip, and then my cheek the dentist said that i'd turn completly black and blue, but it has been 2 days since, and hasnt changed color, it looks like normal skin (although its swollen) and it feels like a bruise and he said it'd be a black and blue after looking at x-rays. Is it going to turn colors?

i'm just curious what can cause it,pls tell me.
