Okay, so I have like a tight feeling in my chest and my breathing like. wheezes. My chest kinda feels like it needs to “pop?” and when I run sometimes I lose my breath really bad.

when I am breathing it makes a faint wheezing sound, but I could just be sitting around and it will get the tight chest and wheezy breathing.
