My friend is having these weird scalp pimples with crusting and bit of bleeding (if he removes the crust). If he takes some Clindamycin, the problems go away however it comes back after a few weeks.
been going on for months now. On and off. He's been to a 3 different doctors and 2 dermatologist but no result, finding a good doctor here in the desert kingdom is like looking for a needle in a stack of needles.
the doctors and dermatologists, he tried Nizoral, Neutrogena, T-Sal, changing his diet to veggie, Head and Shoulders, Salts, Alcohol cleanser, Antibacterial Solution Wash, and a bunch of meds. Nothing. 0% improvement. He found out about the Clindamycin when he went to a dentist for a molar extraction and was asked to take it for a week (which accidentally cleared his scalp problem). Anyone with similar experience or knows how to cure his condition permanently? At least recommend a good GP here in Saudi Arabia? 1) He doesn't scratch. 2) No lice either (never had any). 3) Takes a bath twice a day and uses Head and Shoulders. 4) During the day, he uses Sunsilk Leave-On Conditioner. 5) Tried other products for shampoo and conditioner, but gets worse (it's pretty warm here). 6) I went with him to the last doc (egyptian), the doc REFUSED to take a specimen sample and just gave him penicillin without checking for allergies (God. unbelievable). 7) He said he had the condition for years before he came to work in Saudi.
to live in the Philippines.
for all the suggestions.
them coming.
we can find a good doctor, we'll do some research. PS: He did try washing his hair once a day or 3x a week, but it would get worse.
is washing it once a day (if he stays at home) or twice a day (before going to work and after coming back from work).
