What are some home remedies for halitosis?

hey, i went to the dental hospital yesterday about tooth whitening and they said that is is illegal for them to recomend it but she sed that its is an effective treatment for my problem. I have a problem with my enamel which causes marks on my teeth which looks like i dont brush i do 3 times a day) i am 15 and the kids at skwl take the piss out of me so i really want them 2 b whitened.

anyone had their teeth bleeched and how effective was it? thanx
