i got my braces off almost 3 months ago and i have very swollen gums from having braces. my dentist gave me theese picks to floss with three times a day but it hasnt worked at all to bring down the inflamation in the gums. i need help i want my gums to be normal size and healthy again

What natural treatment diet can I use to cure gingivitis?

I have braces.I just broke off my back wire on my bottom teeth.

wire was bothering me. It was broken so I took out the whole thing. On the wire though I saw something that freaked me out. It looked like a piece of my tooth! But I didn't feel anything hurt when I took out the wire.

I put my tongue up to one of my teeth and it feels very rough.

so does another tooth but not as bad.

and floss regularly.how could I have poor teeth strength? I'm very confused and rather nervous of what this could be. I can't go to the dentist for another 4 weeks.Please help me.

his checkup he was very uncooperative.

said when I bring him back they are going to have to strap him to a papoose board to keep him from rolling over or making sudden movements. He will have laughing gas and will be given an oral sedation before hand. He will still be awake and will still likely cry.

doctor recommends doing it all at one to get it out of the way since it will be traumatic for him.

said he will likely not remember any of it.

said I can be in there with him, but recommend that I stay in the waiting area.

said it will be hard for me to watch him crying and being strapped down and I think they are right.

also said it might make him more upset and be more of a distraction for him.

would you do, the work needs to be done. I can have him knocked out, but there is always the chance of something going wrong if he has a reaction to the anesthesia.

everytime that i know i hav to do some big presentation, my heart starts racing, my breath gets shorter, and i sometimes start shaking and talking really fast.

when i say “public speaking” i dont mean giving a speech in front of hundreds– more like less than 20, my classmates, teacher.

if there r only 5 ppl in a class and i m fairly prepared for the assignment, as i actually talk in front of ppl, i exhibit the above symptoms and even the stupidest of all ppl sense my nervousness.

results in –ppl thinking i cant talk at all –me getting a lower grade on the presentation –the teacher thinking i m a strong student, but too shy is there somethng wrong w/ me? i thought 3 yrs of high school could apparently get me over this but it hasnt– i think its gotten even worse!

One store says tennis balls are dangerous, another store is pushing the expensive kong toys. Another store is pushing a product that you spray breath paste onto so it kills two birds with one store, although my dog doesnt have bad breath.

there something a dog will like that I dont have to pay 15 bucks all the time? How about marrow bones, though they could stain my carpet.
