I jammed my tooth badly about a week ago and went to the dentist. He worked on it, taking the cavity out and said it has to heal itself.

next day, (and today) the entire let side of my face is swollen, past down my lower jawline, and I have what looks like a bloody pus bubble on the gum right above the damaged tooth. It doesnt look like an absess, what should I do? Im scared its something really serious. i hit my tooth really hard on a coffee cup, and since then it has hurt. I went to the dentist a few days ago and he said there was nothing he could do. He worked on it anyway (Bad idea I think). In the middle he asked if I could feel the work that was being done, I said yes.

he shot another shot in my gums, and it was like nothing ive ever felt. usually they dont hurt, but that hurt SO bad.

This morning I woke up to go to the toilet.

I got back into bed and lyed on my side I had this really bad pain in my left side of my tummy. It was like someone was pulling my muscle and strteching it as far as it would go. It felt worse when I would breath out. It went away after about 5 minutes.

this be round ligament pain? I'm 20 weeks 3 days pregnant. I have had no bleeding.

I don't have any kind of insurance. My fiancee has insurance but I can't get on it until we get married in Dec of 08. I need medical, dental, and vision.

I get all three through bluecross and blueshield? It would be me paying out of my pocket and not through a company. I work as a nanny so I don't have benifits. I went online and they are sending my info.
