Baby tooth at 19?

I still have 2 baby teeth on the bottom the third one from the back without counting the wisdom teeth. I was told that I don't have any permanent teeth and that the baby teeth will come out and if my wisdom teeth were to come in then all the teeth would get moved up so that there would be room for them.

where one of my baby teeth is the gum is sore, the tooth is not moving at all and for the past few days it's kinda swollen and now I noticed there's a red spot on the gum and I have no idea what is going on.

dentist can't see me for the next few months if anyone has any ideas what it could be that would be good. A few weeks after I saw the dentist when I flossed it would hurt but now it doesn't anymore and when I do floss that tooth I think it's about to come out.because the gums turn so red.

What are these symtoms that I am having?

I keep having this pain in my neck and it goes down to my shoulder blades and it aches so bad. I also and having some chest pain, pain down my left arm, shortness of breath and light headness. I keep feeling like I am going to pass out and I am only 25 years old. I went to the hospital once and they said it was nothing, but of course I wasn't feeling like I was by the time I was seen by the doctor, Anyone know what this could be?

Crowns across top 2 at a time a bad idea?

My dentist has advised me for the last 2 or 3 years to get 6 crowns across the top front due to large fillings in the past, weakening etc., not to mention looks.

of them would be a replacement crown from many years ago.

I said I would finally go for doing 2 of them as my new dental insurance would cover half the cost of 2 of them. My dentist is advising that it is best if all 6 are done at once as it is much easier to have uniformity of the colour of the porcelain and also the fitting of them together with no gaps. I understand about the possibilty of the shades of porcelain not being exactly the same if I get the crowns done in 3 sets of 2 according to when I have enough insurance or spare cash.

is it really that hard for her to fit 2 new crowns to match and fit well with neighbouring crowns so that there are no gaps or wrong angles or whatever that does not look right? Maybe she just wants a good payday for 6 crowns all at once.

I get a second opinion?

Dream interpretation!?

I have had this reoccuring dream for years and years, although it varies in detail/circumstances but the essence of it is that my teeth fall out! Usually one goes and then they all feel wobbly and feel extremely anguished and try hard to keep them in but they fall out into my hand and I panic trying to call the dentist but its usually a weekend or something so there's nobody to help! I wonder why or what it means?
