Running problem (women only.usually).?

I say “usually” because some men out there have boobs too. (LOL). Anyway. I'm a 34D (maybe even a DD) and I LOVE to run. I run for hours at a time.but it's really uncomfortable. I have no idea how those “lifeguards” did it in Baywatch. OUCH. It doesn't hurt my back, it hurts my shoulders and my chest. I looked all over the internet for suggestions and I bought the 2 best bras I could find (both costing around $60 each.eeek). Anyway it's not as bad as it was before, but it still hurts.enough for me to come begging to you all. See, if the bra is tight there is no bounce but I also can't breathe b/c it's so tight! If it's looser, I can breath but the pain is unreal. I simply can't find a healthy medium.

suggestions from women out there w/a large bust that love high-impact activities? I'm actually wearing 2 bras at once now.LOL I suppose that the momentary lack of oxygen is more easily cured than sore muscles than can take days to heal. I am just hoping there is some miracle sports bra out there!

I have medicaid now and Im trying to find doctors that take medicaid. Does anyone know who I can go to?

Im 5 months pregnant and my OBGYN takes medicaid but I need dental and eyes.

anyone know of any dentists or eye techs that take medicaid? I live in Melbourne, Florida.

My Dad smells.?

He never baths or showers. He used to stripwash most mornings when he worked, but now he's retired he just uses an electric shaver, and I don't think he even wipes his face any more. We're not very close and sometimes he jokes about giving me a hug but it turns my stomach. He wears the same underpants or about a week, and then they're so dirty that when they arrive in the washing pile they're wet because he's had to wash to stains off. If they're really bad he stuffs them in the drawer in hid bedroom. I know this because I found them when I was looking for something once.

when I pulled back the duvet on his bed once the sheet underneath was covered in white smudges.

you imagine how sick I feel? He wears the same old tatty clothes, and his breath stinks like his teeth are rotting and he says he brushes his teeth, but he can't if it smells like that.

of the family comment on it at times, but he never does anything about it My mum was married to him for over 20 years and she says he was never fond of washing. He only ever does when he goes to the doctors or to a wedding or something. We've all confronted him countless times, and he first denies it, like we would deliberately make it up, and then occasionally he would have gone and washed, but that would be it- he wouldn't do it again so he can't care much what people think. He thinks when we say something to him we're just making it up to be nasty.

only that but I have other memories that make me feel revolted of him.

he walks around the house breaking wind, and I actually hold my breath when walking past him.

when we were out shopping he was standing a few feet away from me, waiting, and I could hear him making grunting noises to himself.

when it's hot weather he won't take any of his clothes off, wear a t shirt or put sun cream on. He gets burn and then sits down and pulls his skin off in big sheets and actually puts it on the table. He will sit in a car with the windows shut, so there is literally no air, and he goes round with a shirt and jumper on when it's like 40 degrees outside. He has sweat all over him and he smells, and he just lets it dry off, and he still doesn't wash.

it's not like I'm telling you his name is it- why should we have to put up with that? Him and mum are divorced but he still lives with u because he won't face the world and find a place of his own. He's 63 now.

he's always been like it. He doesn't have a single friend, and never goes out. I don't go out much either and suffer depression but I'm not dirty.

hobby is stamp collecting and he sits in his room sorting loads of stamps out.

right older than dirt, his skin isn't very nice.

body is white as a sheet, and when we used to go swimming when I was younger there was actually like green mould in between his toes. I am honestly not joking, God knows what it was.

Does my baby need to go to the dentist?

My son got his fourth bottom tooth awhile ago. It looked like he was getting two smaller, pointy teeth in at the same time, but now that the whole tooth is in, they share a base so it's one, split tooth. We don't have dental insurance, and I really can't afford to go but I just got my tax return so now I can take him if it's necessary.

any of you had a similar problem with your child? What were you told to do about it?

Is there a way to get rid of gingivitis without going to the dentist?
