gum pain! please help?

I am a proud mother of a beautiful 9 month old little girl, and I am still nursing her. I lost all my baby weight really fast, and am under my pre pregnancy weight but I eat way more than I ever used to.Recently, I began experiencing gum pain on the upper right 5 teeth in my mouth.w/ in a weeks time, the pain and inflammation is now on both the left and right upper parts of my mouth. I have very good home dental care and since I started experiencing this pain, I have even changed from brushing 3 times a day to as much as 5 times a day and flossing 2-3 times too and using mouth wash.it doesn't seem to be helping.could it be something in my diet? could my nursing my daughter be taking too much of my nutritional needs from me?? (I really want to keep nursing.so last resort is stopping) do i have gingivitis?? But I take good care of my teeth.someone please help!! One other thing is my gums do NOT bleed when I floss or brush.

this be given to my daughter through my milk

Dentists or even better Periodontists Please Answer?

First of all I have Lupus and a demyelinating condition that has given me Autonomic Nervous System Failure.

to this condition I severe gastric reflux while on a safe diet and no alcohol. Without Nexium I bring up literally cupfuls of gastric acid each day. On Nexium 40mg I am not absorbing enough calcium to stop my jaw from locking shut and pulling my jaw sideways. On 20 mg Nexium my jaw functions normally yet I still bring up acid. My teeth have turned yellow because the enamel is wearing off from the acid despite having always bee a good flosser and brusher. My dentist of 23 years I am 42 ) says I've kept him poor until now.

brings me to my question: CAN I still have periodontitis on 2 of my back teeth if my dentist tells me (and of course I know myself I don't have gingivitis anywhere? Two of my back teeth are loose and on xray the ligaments that are meant to hold them in on one of them are not visible. OR is it the CLENCHING alone has loosened my teeth?

Bad breath/mouth problems.?

Well, the title pretty much says it all, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I brush and rinse and gargle with Listerine twice a day (morning and night) and I floss once every other day. I'm pretty agressive with it, too. I know I do a good job. However, unless I've just brushed and flossed and such, my breath becomes sour smelling. It can be pretty bad. ESPECIALLY when I wake up in the mornings. Also, throughout the day this (white?) film forms in the corners of my mouth, but it's not a lot.

sleeping my lips, the corners of my mouth, my teeth, and gums are covered in (what I'm assuming is) the same thing. I drink water periodically which helps keep the stuff from forming, and I chew mint gum, which helps with that and the smell. I don't really know if any of this is normal or not.

I fix this? Oh, I think I may have a very mild form of gingivitis. My gums are a little puffy, but it's not really bad, and I've been more agressive lately and the puffy-ness has decreased

Excessive Brush and Teeth?

I usually brush my teeth first thing in the morning. I usually skip breakfast, but I try to brush them after all meals/snacks (if possible in some situations, I can't) and before bed.

usually makes it so that I brush my teeth at least 5 times a day.

always tell me that I need to stop because they think this much brushing will wear down my enamel.

every time I got to the dentist, he and the hygienists always praise me about how great my teeth are and how clean they are. I told my dentists that I floss at least once a day and brush at least 5 times and every time I do, I use Listerine along with brush. He told me if I keep that up, I will be hanging on to my teeth and avoiding dental problems for a long time.

so many people tell me about that much brushing wearing down my enamel, that it makes me wonder. So I want a second opinion.

do you guys think?

Taking out Tongue Ring??

I've had it for 6 weeks and I have a dentist appointment. I wanted to take it out for the app.

don't want it to close up. If I take it out for 1-2 hrs.

it close up? well i didn't want to deal with the dr. telling me its bad for my teeth. i probably need x-rays, so if i keep it in.. should i have a normal metal one or should i put in the plastic retainer??

Do Dentists use Versed on their patients?

If so why? They want them to be compliant zombies with no memory and suffer permanent anxiety attacks?
