Unemployment Claim Question/Legal?
In December I was put on a 90 day probationary period with my employer for attendance.
the probationary period I missed absolutely NO work except when I had to have dental surgery which I got a doctors note for as well as another time when I got a severe respiratory infection and missed 2 days WITH a doctors note advising me to stay home and rest. I was fired a week later and now I'm being denied unemployment benefits by my employer which I am appealing. I need to know if I have a case.

made me think i could miss more work! how about the fact that i was told i could miss scheduled dr.
while i was on the 90 day prd. my employer was FINE with it. as long as it was a dr appointment.
said nothing about it. in fact while after my surgery she sent me flowers.
