So, I'm 18 and I can finally afford braces my parents couldn't afford them when I was younger so I finally saved up enough money for them. I got them put on yesterday they had a special going on where if I got them yesterday I wouldn't have to do a down payment. So, they put my spacers on yesterday and like right after they put my braces on both the top and bottom. So, now I have mouth full of metal and pain.

my mom moved out she took all the pain killers with her so I've just been suffering through this pain. My question is if I need the spacers in still? I can't contact my dentist office because they are closed on Friday and they don't reopen till Monday and this is the second day with them I kind of need to eat some protein I'm getting sick of protein shakes. If I don't get enough protein my workout gets rendered useless. I took two tylenols about 4 hours ago and they still haven't even kicked in. Do I leave them in or take them out? ALSO: One fell off as soon as I got home. On the way home I felt it slipping and I didn't mess with it, but it came out on its own.
