very frequently my gums r bleeding..bad breath too..what should i do?plz help..

The most common cause of bleeding gums, if it happens repeatedly, is brushing too vigorously. Deficiency of vitamin C can cause your gums to bleed easily. If you have bad breath, you may have an infection in your gums.

Do you have extremely sensitive teeth as well? I had bleeding gums as well and my dentist told me they are signs of gingivitis, but I manage to get my healthy gums back. My advice: Floss! even if you bleed, gently floss every night.
wash occasionally. Sometimes mouth wash can be harsh to your sore gums, just occasionally use mouth wash. Lightly brush your teeth and GUMS Brushing your gums is very important aswell as flossing your gums.
