mine was tooth ache tooth had the nerve showing this was hell as i had to wait 24 hours until the dentist opend.i had to sort this my self with a pair of pliers and some whisky..!! wow the pain made me pass out but i pulled the tooth out ..Whats your worse pain ..?? ERIC E.holly s hit.

Dislocated both shoulders(seperately) with one breaking.
right heel and 7 bones in my face at once.
heel was the worst, I have a titanium cage and 13 one inch screws in my foot. It was so bad i didn't even feel the broken bones in my face which included forehead, both cheekbones, upper jaw, nose, and the roof of my mouth. I have five plates and 22 screws in my face! Breaking my right shoulder is a close second. At the hospital I screamed at the doctor to leave it alone! Dislocating shoulders is very painful and I have fourteen under my belt!
